The Platform is currently planning a unified user registration system that will allow you to access all products and services under the Team Claw suite with a single account.

To ensure service security and optimize user experience, we automatically collect technical information such as device model, operating system version, browser type, IP address, access time, page view records, and operation logs.

Sending service notifications, system updates, security alerts, billing reminders, and other important service-related information. With your consent, we may also send product recommendations and marketing information.

The Platform integrates AI intelligent features to enhance your business efficiency. Regarding AI-related data processing, we make the following commitments:

Tenant Isolation: Your data is always processed in an independent tenant isolation environment during AI processing, ensuring data security and privacy.
No AI Training: Your business data will never be used to train AI models. We strictly separate data usage purposes; your data is only used to provide AI services to you.
No Data Mixing: Your data is strictly isolated from other companies' data and will never be mixed or cross-accessed.
Anonymization: When data needs to be sent to AI model providers for inference processing, we pre-anonymize the data, removing sensitive information that could identify businesses or individuals.

5. Data Storage

Regarding your data storage, we follow these principles:

Storage Location: All your data is stored in data centers compliant with applicable data protection regulations.
Backup Policy: We implement daily automatic backup strategies to ensure data reliability and recoverability.
Post-Cancellation Retention: After you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days. During this period, you can contact us to export data or restore your account.
Backup Data Deletion: After the retention period expires, we will completely delete your data from all backup systems within 90 days.

6. Data Security

We adopt industry-leading security measures to protect your data:

Transmission Encryption: All data transmission uses HTTPS protocol and TLS 1.3 encryption standards.
Storage Encryption: Static data is encrypted using AES-256 algorithm.
